Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where one order is delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the final item or part. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the period expires.

Sealed food products
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply once sealed food packaging has been opened. This does not limit your rights when goods are faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
Returns and reimbursement
Return eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first. The customer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Inspect the order promptly after delivery. Report a missing, damaged or incorrect product without undue delay and include photographs where relevant. Consumers retain the statutory legal guarantee for non-conforming goods, including the minimum two-year protection required by EU consumer law.
Return procedure
Do not send a parcel without prior confirmation. We will provide the return address and instructions after reviewing the request. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
