Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, exceptional demand or supplier delays.
Delivery
Standard delivery to Slovakia and Austria costs €4.90. Delivery is free on orders of €100 or more. An estimated delivery window and tracking details, when available, are sent by email.
Payment on delivery
Orders are currently paid to the carrier on delivery. Available payment methods at the door depend on the carrier. The complete order total is shown before the order is submitted.
Damaged parcel
If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product, outer packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.
