Mānuka honey does not need refrigeration. Store it in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, with the lid securely closed.
Crystallisation is natural
A change in texture does not mean the honey is spoiled. If a softer texture is preferred, gently warm the closed jar in lukewarm water. Avoid excessive heat.
Simple storage habits
- use a clean, dry spoon,
- close the jar after use,
- keep it away from a sunny window alebo hob,
- follow the date and instructions on the manufacturer label.
