All products are shipped from New Zealand and Australia, depending on product availability and supplier location.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During busy periods, holidays, or supplier delays, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any major delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–10 business days worldwide after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, and product availability.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Customers are responsible for checking whether Manuka honey or food products can be imported into their country before placing an order.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import restrictions.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- your order number
- photos of the product
- photos of the outer packaging
- photos of the shipping label
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you check the status with the carrier where possible.
