Return and Refund Policy

We want every order from Manuka Honey Store to arrive safely and as described. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us through the Contact Us page and include your order number.
30-day return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Food and hygiene products
Because Manuka honey and bee products are food and wellness products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partly consumed items unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the parcel is damaged, an item is missing, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our mistake, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will help resolve the issue. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may no longer be cancellable.
